Landon's mama Rachel was my very first session in Columbia and I've absolutely loved watching Landon grow ever since! He turned one at the beginning of the summer and we had so much fun capturing his busy little personality! Happy birthday Landon!
Kaylee {milestone} session
I've been wanting to work on my studio work and it just so happens I have a friend with a beautiful, amazing daughter who was turning thirteen. So Kaylee came into the studio and we had a blast trying on big dresses and high heels and making some beautiful images of a little girl who is becoming a beautiful woman - inside and out.

Emery {milestone} mini
Sweet Emery sure has grown since her newborn session and she is just FULL of smiles. I love seeing my Columbia babies grow!! <3
Emery {newborn} Session
Sweet Emery was such a great way to come back from an extended health related photography break! She was such a tiny little sleeper and I had lots of fun with her and her mama and daddy at their newborn session! What a beautiful little family!
Week {1/52} of 2017
Moving cross country and starting my business all over again really messed with my 365 project last year but lets see how we do this year! It's always good to remember why I started photography in the first place - these three little foxes of mine. <3

Eli {senior} Session
I don't step out of my motherhood specialty too often, but generally its for High School Seniors! Something about this place in a teenagers life, exciting and full of promise, make a senior session so much fun to capture. Eli's mama used to babysit my husband and his siblings {many} years ago so it was a fun full circle kinda moment to take her oldest sons senior photos this fall! We met at Nifong park on a PERFECT fall afternoon (along with no less than 4 other photographers and their respective clients...haha) and captured some great images. After we got some great sunset images we made a quick visit to the studio for some shots in his concert tux too!
Travie {milestone} Session
Its been almost exactly two years since I took Travie's two year old photos on his grandpas farm in Kirksville and this year we met at Fouch's Christmas Tree farm on a chilly November afternoon to take his four year old photos! He wasn't exactly thrilled at the idea to start with but mama, grandma and I were silly and full of fun bribery and finally got some smiles!
Landon {milestone} and {family} Session
I was so happy to get sweet Landon back in my studio after doing his woodland themed newborn session six months ago! He's such a happy bright-eyed little man! His mama and daddy brought a cute vintage sled that looked so cute with my holiday set! I'm loving starting to get my Columbia babies back for new sessions!!
Just look how much Landon has grown in six months! Can't wait to see you again at a year!!
Valerie {studio} Session
I was at the hospital the day Valerie was born and its hard to believe she is now 18!
Her family was just traveling through and stopped for coffee and cookies and before we knew it mom asked if we could manage a quick photo session with Valerie! It was raining outside but my husband quickly got my studio set up enough to do a session and we had a great time capturing some fun images of Valerie last minute! I can't believe what a beautiful young woman Valerie is now and I hope and pray that she continues to overcome obstacles and have a beautiful future.
Breanne {sunset} Sessions
When I moved back to Missouri this past spring I was dying from lack of creative outlet so I called up Breanne and invited her out for a fun and different boho sunset session! Bre used to be in my husband's youth group years ago but she's grown into a stunning young woman with style and confidence! I had so much fun shooting with her! Its a little different than my usual but it was such creative fun!
