Christmas Minis - Studio
I had such a fun time with past clients and meeting a few new ones at our studio Christmas minis in Cottonwood!
Rogers {family} Session
Amber is one of my very dear friends and I was so excited to do her family pics in the beautiful autumn colors! This is one of my very favorite sessions of the year!
Travie is turning Two!
It's been a couple years since my family has been back in Missouri so we were pretty excited to take a trip back - especially during the beautiful fall season! My husbands cousin Lindsay called me up to see if we could sneak in some pictures of her little man Travie for his second birthday. It rained almost the whole time we were there but the very last day it cleared up and we headed out to Lindsay's parents farm where we got some amazing shots of Travie in the most amazing sunset light!
Andrew {watermelon smash} session
I've been photographing sweet Dru-dru-bee since he was in his mama's tummy! I love this boy and his family! We decided to be a little different for his first birthday cake smash and chose to smash a watermelon instead! It was a perfect summers end session and we wrapped it up with a tub and some bubbles!
And of course we did capture a little confection smashing at his actual party! ;)
You've come a long way baby! I'm so blessed to have been along for the journey!
Erlisha {maternity} Session
We met for a chilly sunrise session just before Erlisha's due date. We were both shivering, but the light we got was worth every chill! You are beautiful Erlisha!
And Erlisha's sweet baby made her way earthside in a beautiful homebirth a few days later. =)
Kayla {4 years} and Braelyn {9 months)
I was so excited to see my sweet little nieces Kayla and Braelyn when we visited Missouri earlier this month. The last time we saw one another we took pictures to announce that Becca was expecting Braelyn well over a year ago. Miss Braelyn is just about to turn 9 months old and as cute as can be. She and my own Quinn are exactly 3 months apart to the day so we had lots of fun with our sweet babies (who we discovered nurse on exactly the same schedule!)
My two older kiddos, Ian and Zoe had a ton of fun playing with Kayla and were oh so sad to leave when it was time to come home. We captured lots of candid images over the week but we made special time for some studio shots as well.
Brandon {Senior} Session
I don't venture outside of mamas and babies very often any more but when I do it's always for a good reason! Brandon is my handsome nephew and I cannot believe how much he has grown over the years! On our vacation back home to Missouri I managed to squeeze in some senior pics for Brandon on the very last day of our time there (It RAINED and RAINED the whole trip until that last day!) We wandered around Truman State University campus (my alma mater!) and had a great time laughing and being crazy between pictures (and there are some goofy pics too, but I promised not to share those! ;) )
Proud of you Brandon!
Rachel {maternity} session
Rachel went into labor a little earlier than she had expected so I met her on a Sunday afternoon to take a few pictures to commemorate her pregnancy. Between contractions Rachel rocked out some lovely pictures and less than 24 hours later her sweet little man was in her arms!
Jackie {mommy and us} session
The lovely Jackie and her beautiful babies met me at Red Rock Crossing for some sweet pictures in the wildflowers. It was a beautiful day, and we had a wonderful time capturing sweet memories.
Henley {wildflowers} session
I met sweet Henley and her mama in a beautiful field of flowers under the San Francisco Peaks for a photo session to celebrate Miss Henley approaching age two! Henley was having none of it that evening and mama and I pulled out all our tricks to get these pics! Sometimes kiddos make me work hard but its always, always worth it!
